Key Responsibilities

International Entity Setup & Governance

* Lead and support the establishment of overseas legal entities, including subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices

* Coordinate with local authorities, banks, tax advisors, auditors, and foreign exchange regulators across multiple jurisdictions

* Oversee statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance for international entities

International Tax & Group-Level Planning

* Take ownership of international tax compliance and planning at the group level

* Support tax-efficient cross-border structures, transfer pricing coordination, and intercompany arrangements

* Manage tax risks in complex and emerging markets, with particular exposure to Latin America (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, etc.)
