Key Responsibilities:
Monthly financial closing process
- Involvement in the monthly closing process will be key.
- Validation of revenue on activities – projects.
- Work In Progress (WIP) Management: WIP tracking and analysis per project: Assess financial and operational risks, monitor WIP’s financial impact and ensure proper accounting, and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Analytical tracking, cost allocation to projects, Report validation, Identify and correct inconsistencies.
- Project profitability analysis: Identify causes of deviations (e.g., cost overruns, delays), propose solutions and action plans to improve margins.
Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare reports in Power BI, Excel, and internal tools: clear, visual presentation of financial data.
