We're seeking an experienced
Senior Financial Operations Leader
to remotely manage financial operations for
US-based, membership-driven organizations
. This role requires a
hands-on professional
with expertise in US GAAP, multi-bank account management, and end-to-end financial process ownership. Ideal for finance leaders in the Philippines comfortable working autonomously, across US time zones, and collaborating with executives and auditors.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership:
  Lead a 3-person remote finance team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in AP/AR, accounting, and reporting.

• Strategic Oversight:
  Oversee QuickBooks (or equivalent) administration, internal controls, and accrual accounting. Drive monthly financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheets) and budget vs. actual analysis.
