Financial Controller

Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift
Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (On-site)
What is your mission?
We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead all accounting operations across a multi‑entity real estate portfolio, including property accounting, corporate accounting, intercompany, AP/AR, and financial reporting. You will own the full close cycle, maintain GAAP accuracy, oversee cash controls, manage consolidations, support audits and investor reporting, build scalable processes, and lead a high‑performing accounting team.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Lead all accounting operations across a multi‑entity real estate platform, including property accounting, corporate accounting, intercompany, consolidations, AP, and AR.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles with accurate, GAAP‑compliant reporting.
