About the Role


  • Lead all financial control activities for the plant, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with global policies.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, as well as financial statements and corporate reporting.

  • Manage core accounting processes: manufacturing costing, AP, reconciliations, system integrity, VAT calculations, and general compliance.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of gross margin, gross profit, manufacturing variances, and operational KPIs.

  • Support IMMEX, OEM, import and export operations, and intercompany flows.

  • Lead end-to-end costing processes for manufacturing operations (raw materials, injection molding, production flows).

  • Identify and analyze cost variances; propose cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement ideas.
