Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and strengthening the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions. You will begin by managing bookkeeping and transactional accounting, progress to financial statement preparation, and ultimately support tax reporting and compliance. This role requires Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) accreditation, strong initiative, solid analytical skills, and the ability to build and lead a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the CFO and Senior Finance Manager to ensure accounting processes align with regional accounting standards (UK, Australia, USA).
