Financial Controller

The Financial Controller ensures the smooth operation of all financial and accounting activities within the finance department. This role involves overseeing the Accounting & Finance Supervisor/Officer and the junior accounting staff, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This position will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall financial operations (accounting, internal audit), investor relations, tax, and treasury departments.
• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance that will be reported to the board of directors.Review and approve all forms submitted to the SEC, BIR, PSE, and other regulatory agencies.
