Duties and Responsibilities

Group Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with

accounting standards.

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing for the parent company and subsidiaries.

• Review and monitor intercompany transactions, balances, and reconciliations.

• Ensure statutory reporting and regulatory compliance across all entities.
