As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the integrity of the books and core finance processes: month-end close, reconciliations, statutory reporting support, and audit readiness.

You will work closely with the Head of Finance (or Finance Director) and wider stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, strong governance, and clean, reliable financial data that supports decision‑making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own month-end close processes, ensuring accurate cut-offs, journals, and timely completion
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations and control reviews
• Produce management accounts and reporting packs with clear variance commentary and insights
