Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function of a growing, multi-entity group operating in the equipment hire space.
This is a hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the CFO, with responsibility for financial control, reporting, compliance, and business partnering across the Group.
  
The Role
You will oversee end-to-end finance operations across three entities, managing a small team while driving strong financial governance, reporting accuracy and commercial insight.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading monthly close, financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and 12-month rolling forecasts
