About the Role:- Oversee the full financial managementfunction, including accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Prepare, analyze, and presentmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAEregulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets,forecasts, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit,and other statutory requirements in the UAE.
- Supervise and guide the finance teamin day-to-day operations.
