Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Controller / Associate Controller to own and oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations for a growing organization with multiple entities and complex reporting requirements. This role is both hands‑on and strategic, responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records while gradually elevating processes, controls, and reporting quality.

The ideal candidate is a senior‑level accounting professional who is comfortable operating with minimal oversight, running the books end‑to‑end in Sage Intacct, and collaborating closely with U.S.‑based leadership. Strong English communication, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset are critical, as this role will serve as a key partner to management in financial decision‑making.
