About the Role
The Finance Specialist will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of our manufacturing operations by providing cost analysis, financial reporting, and business insights. This role partners closely with operations to monitor costs, identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, and support strategic decision-making through accurate and timely financial information.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and interpret monthly financial reports to provide insights into manufacturing performance.
- Monitor key financial metrics such as Gross Margin, Net Operating Income (NOI), Conversion Cost, and cost per unit or kilogram.
- Analyze cost drivers, including pricing, material usage, production yields, and operational efficiencies, with particular attention to minimizing food waste and losses.
- Compare actual results against budgets, forecasts, and historical performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
