Your Job

Molex is seeking an analytical, results-driven, and contribution-motivated individual to join our Consumer and Commercial Solutions (CCS) divisional FP&A team. In this role, you will assess historical and forward-looking financial performance, analyze variances and trends, identify risks and opportunities, and effectively communicate business insights to support strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with division leadership to provide clear, data-driven clarity into our financial results. Based in Minato Mirai, Japan, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams across the globe, gaining exposure to dynamic markets and building an international career.
