Financial Accountant

Your new role.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing our balance sheets, refining accounting processes, and supporting the broader business through insightful financial analysis.

Your primary focus will be supporting the Finance Department by meeting critical scheduled deadlines and maintaining the integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciliations & Journals: Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany loan reconciliations. Prepare monthly accruals and weekly payroll journals.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate management reports, tracking budget variances, and maintaining the fixed asset register.
• Compliance & Tax: Prepare and lodge monthly BAS returns, assist with FBT returns, and ensure all statutory obligations are met.
