Finance Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP Concur and other systems and applications that may be added to support the finance team.
• Work with systems providers and handles regular software updates, enhancements and modifications/configurations.
• Liaising and supporting our different internal teams including Finance, IT, HR and other teams to provide support and guidance to the users in relation to our finance systems.
• Manage systems implementation, project management, system integration and assist on other projects assigned by the Finance Controller (Australia) and or the Vice President for Finance & Admin (Philippines).
• Provides guidance to the users within the organization for all finance systems related concerns. Act as the primary contact for users within the organization.
• Discuss release notes with the users on a regular basis.
• Stakeholder management.
