About the Role

Our client are a government organisation based in the South West region of Victoria. They are currently seeking a Finance Support Officer to come in and join their team on a permanent contract.

Candidates for this role must have:

• Previous CIVICA system experience

• Demonstrated experience and/or general understanding of accounting and finance concepts

• Previous accounts payable, and reconciliation processing experience

Key responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reconciliation: Perform daily bank and ledger reconciliations, ensuring all customer receipts and subsidiary accounts align accurately with the general ledger.
