Overview
A growing housing organisation is seeking a Finance Income Analyst to join its small, supportive finance team. The role supports a high-volume income function, processing rent and service charge income and completing daily bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and recording rent, service charge and other income
Completing daily bank reconciliations
Uploading rent data from CX to SUN and resolving errors
Processing bank receipts and clearing suspense accounts
Managing rent charging cycles and adjustments
Reviewing tenant and ACR ledgers
Preparing rent reports before period close
