Finance Operations Head

Job Description:

This role oversees the overall performance of the Finance Department across all business units, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, sufficient funding, timely settlement of obligations, and the implementation of effective financial policies and cost-saving measures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Accounting

• Oversee the annual audit of financial statements.
• Issue and present management reports financial statement & analysis
• Oversee the timely payment of payables & collection of receivables.
• Management budgeting process and monitor fund.
• Review and recommend Internal Policies and Procedures on a regular basis to safeguard Company's Assets and to mitigate & detect Fraud
• Recommend Cost Reduction & Strategic Business Initiatives
• Assure that the Financial Books are in accordance with the provisions of PAS/PFRS.
