Finance Operations Associate

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed
Finance Operations Associate
to support our growing business. This role is critical to keeping our revenue, receivables, collections, and expenses accurate, current, and well-structured. If you love clean data, tight processes, and being the backbone of a finance operation, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Whop, Stripe, Quaderno, PandaDocs, Slack, and internal trackers daily
• Maintain the Finance Masterfile with current revenue, AR, collections, expenses, and commissions
• Export and enter daily sales data; track gross/net revenue, fees, deposits, and assignments
• Update Incoming, Anticipated, and Aging AR; track cancellations, pauses, and reschedules
• Monitor past-due accounts and prepare weekly collection schedules
• Maintain Weekly Notice AR and Monthly AR reports
