About the Role
Kanda is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our Finance Team in Bundaberg. This full-time position plays an important role in supporting accurate financial processing across our business units, ensuring timely reporting and contributing to the smooth operation of our finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable: Process customer invoicing using industry-specific software, ensuring accuracy in support item selection and timely data entry. Maintain and update client information across all systems and assist with debtor collection and management reporting.
- Banking & Reconciliations: Process bank and credit card transactions with accurate coding and system entry. Complete bank and credit card reconciliations as well as provide administrative support for finance processes.
