About the Role
Job Summary:
Provide leadership for the strategic financial positioning and support. Partner with Manufacturing and Support groups in maximizing growth opportunities and minimizing site operational burden management of company resources and expenditures and the timely reporting of relevant financial information used in decision-making to serve the interest of the Company and the entire onsemi Corporation.
Responsibilities
Manage all accounting operations including GL, Cost Analysis, Inventory Accounting and Payroll
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and variance reporting
Prepare and process financial data for management decision making
Partner with Operations Team and Senior Management in driving aggressive cost savings to meet the targets and goals.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements with clarity and precision
