Finance Manager

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing disbursements, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The role requires meticulous preparation, monitoring, and accountability in all financial activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure BIR compliance by preparing and filing all periodic, quarterly, and annual returns, including but not limited to withholding taxes (both expanded and compensation), VAT returns, Income Tax Returns, SWAT, MAP, QAP, SAWT, and others as deemed necessary.
• Liaise in the renewal of local permits such as Sanitary Permits, Mayor’s Permits, and others as deemed necessary.
• Process payment requests once approved and issue 2307 forms.
• Participate in the month-end closing of the company’s books.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and other necessary schedules.
