Position Responsibilities
Oversee daily Credit and Cash Application operations, providing guidance and ensuring quality execution of finance activities for 20+ professionals.
Collaborate with the Cash Applications and Credit functions to design policies for optimal customer service and efficiency.
Develop credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
Coordinate and perform internal audits within the department to assess process improvements, individual performance and coaching opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume environment.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
