About the Role
The Role
As Finance Manager (2IC to FC), you will play an integral part in shaping the strategic direction and performance of the organisation whilst building and leading an end to end finance function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join a dynamic Australian owned Manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, annual financial statements and budgeting and forecasting processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and tax authorities. Lead the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Manage the company's cash flow, treasury, and foreign exchange risk.
