Finance Manager - Funds (Oshawa)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager – Funds for a 21‑month contract opportunity. The Manager will be responsible for all aspects of administration and reporting for the client’s fund, working closely with the Director Fund Administration & Reporting, other Finance Managers, the Controller, Director of Tax, CFO, and the investment team.

Responsibilities

1. Fund Administration

   Overall responsibility for the fund’s operations, including managing the credit facility, preparing all call and distribution notices, and handling investor relations.

2. Financial Reporting

   Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and management information for the entities. Prepare quarterly reporting packages for the fund and feeder vehicles, including financial statements, notes, limited partner capital account statements, and activity reviews.
