About the Role

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!


As our Manager E‑commerce Europe, you play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of Coty’s e‑commerce channels. You will own end‑to‑end financial performance, drive standardization across markets, and act as a trusted co‑pilot to E‑commerce and Marketing teams—enabling data‑driven decisions across pricing, promotions, portfolio, and investments.
You will be reporting to the E‑commerce / Finance leadership, and you will manage:

1. Operational Finance & P&L Ownership

  • Own the full P&L from Gross Sales to Operating Income

  • Oversee accounting activities including inventory and COGS accuracy

  • Drive month‑end close and ensure high‑quality financial reporting

  • Support SOX controls and compliance with U.S. GAAP

  • Contribute to corporate reporting and audits
