• Contract Review & approval
• RO Accounts & Documentation
• Finalization of statuary audit and other finance related audit
• Negotiate / Deal with Banks
• Updates on new regulation (Business related & Taxes) and implement in Company
• Relationship with local authorities ( Tax / Custom / Local License/ Zone Management)
• Researching & reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
• Conducting reviews & evaluations for cost deduction opportunity
