We are a progressive, fast‑growing business in the fitness industry, combining creativity, production, and technology to support a rapidly expanding client base.

We operate as a fully remote organisation, with no permanent office, supported by strong communication and trust‑based working practices. We bring the team together through a weekly all‑company meeting, daily huddles and optional monthly in‑person team meetups.

As the business scales, we are developing a finance function that can grow with it. We are looking for a hands‑on Finance Manager / Management Accountant to take ownership of day‑to‑day finance operations, reporting, and financial controls on a 3‑day‑per‑week basis initially, with scope to increase hours over time.
