Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the full financial management, compliance, and reporting of a group of entities. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Full finance function for multiple legal entities within the group Monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis Preparation of group financial statements Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned to operational targets Oversight of general ledger, journals, accruals, and reconciliations Compliance & Statutory Reporting Ensure compliance with: SARS (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax) Companies Act and CIPC requirements IFRS for SMEs Maintain sound financial controls and governance across entities Training contracts and learnership funding Skills development projects and cost allocations Revenue recognition for training programmes Cost tracking per project, learner, and SETA contract Cash Flow & Treasury Cash flow management across group entities Payments, supplier management, and cre...
