Finance Manager / Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and monthly/annual close. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports. Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and audit readiness. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with leadership. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, advisors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Support financial planning aligned with Embarks GCC growth strategy. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Requirements Qualifications & Skills CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred. 58 years of progressive experience in finance and controllership roles. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance. Experience in consulting, services, or scaling organizations is an advantage.
