Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare and review monthly financial and management reports
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team
• Provide financial insights to support sales and operations decisions
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners
• Travel to other business units as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with FMCG experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
