Overview

The Finance Director Pharma Peru & Bolivia position is based in Lima and reports to the General Manager. As a key member of the Peruvian Enabling Team (PET), you will provide organizational leadership across the affiliate, jointly sharing accountability for the affiliate's transformation journey. Separately, this role requires you to provide leadership and coaching for the functional areas of Business Finance, Financial Accounting, Tax (dotted line), OneProcurement, OneTreasury & Credit Management, and Commercial Operations. You are also expected to coach individuals within other functions to continuously evolve the model as per business needs.
