About the Role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in infrastructure, energy, construction, or project-based environments
- Proven experience leading end-to-end finance functions: accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, treasury, and cash management
- Strong command of financial reporting, project cost accounting, taxation, and cash assurance
- Demonstrated ability to translate corporate strategy into financial plans, controls, and execution
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
