Finance Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper with solid experience in Xero for a part-time role. This role involves taking the lead on financial tasks, ensuring everything is organised, accurate, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and payroll processing
• Bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Preparing a financial scorecard
• Ensuring the transaction list is fully sorted out
• Reconciling specific accounts and categorising transactions correctly
• Helping clarify and manage complex financial situations

What We're Looking For:

• Strong accounting or bookkeeping background with proven experience
