Finance Controller (VP)

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller (Vice President) to lead the finance function of a dynamic organization in the broadcast, entertainment, and digital media space. This role will oversee accounting, financial reporting, and finance while ensuring financial discipline, compliance, and strategic support for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of accurate and timely financial statements across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and government reporting requirements.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with business leaders.
• Strengthen internal controls, oversee audits, and safeguard company resources.
• Provide financial insights into diverse revenue streams including advertising, subscriptions, sponsorships, syndication, and digital platforms.
