Finance Controller

About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Controller to oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate reporting of the role focuses on financial strategy, reporting, analysis, and optimization.

Core Financial Responsibilities:

• Direct all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial statements, and consolidated reporting.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
• Supervise general accounting, accounts receivable, payable, collections, procurement and payroll functions.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis.
• Support implementation of operational redesign initiatives and development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide strategic financial input on development projects.
• Manage and co-prepare corporate and departmental margin reports and labor reports compliance and reporting requirements. ...
