About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Controller to take ownership of our financial operations. This role requires both execution and strategic foresight—managing cash flow, forecasting risks, overseeing payroll, and driving system improvements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with employees and contractors while leveraging financial tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
