Role Overview:
The Finance Controller will lead the financial management and controllership functions across multiple business units, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and audit readiness. This role drives efficiency in processes while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting operations, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, cost accounting, and general ledger activities.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate and support external audits and tax compliance requirements.
Implement process improvements, automation, and optimize ERP systems to enhance operational and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
