About the Role

Job Description
We are seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to take ownership of financial leadership across our LATAM region.
Reporting to the Finance Director, Americas, and with a dotted-line to the General Manager – LATAM, you will play a key role in shaping financial governance, delivering meaningful insights, and acting as a trusted advisor to regional leadership. This is a high-visibility position where your contribution will directly support performance, drive growth, and strengthen long-term regional success.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Control
Own accurate and timely month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with IFRS and Group standards
Lead the LATAM close process and ensure strong balance sheet integrity across multiple entities
