About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head Global Shared Services of US business (GSS or shared services) to drive and steer the development of our internal Global Shared Services globally in our US based pharma company. You will be the one to review/ suggest Shared Services strategy/ direction. You will closely work with the GSS Head and ensure that all systems, processes necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place
You must have a solid Shared Services background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of automation/ service delivery. Apart from your education and experience, you must have every quality of a leader and a strong strategic and business acumen.
