About the Role

We’re hiring a Financial Controller to build and lead the finance function from the ground up in a fast-growing, venture-backed deep-tech startup. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the founders on financial strategy, capital planning, and scaling operations.

The role goes beyond compliance — it’s about owning financial decision-making across manufacturing, fundraising, and long-term growth. Over time, this role has the potential to evolve into a CFO position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management, including runway and scenario analysis
• Build and manage cost structures for hardware/manufacturing (BOM, inventory, WIP, working capital)
