Job Title: Finance Controller Location: Bangalore (On-site) Experience: 10 to 12 years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead financial operations, compliance, and reporting for a fast-growing gaming product company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in gaming/tech-product environments and is comfortable partnering with senior leadership, GMs, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end finance operations including MIS reporting, monthly/quarterly closing , budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, FEMA regulations , and handle statutory filings. Manage IND-AS financial statements , consolidation, and audit support.
