Role Overview
The Business Finance Controller (BFC) for the Global Hub acts as a trusted finance partner to hub leadership, ensuring strong controllership over all hub costs, accurate cost-to-serve visibility, and full recharge/assignment of costs to internal service customers (Horizon and statutory requirements).
The role supports the organization in maintaining financial discipline, executing group strategies, and upholding governance and internal controls.
It is responsible for planning, forecasting, financial analysis, cost monitoring, and providing business insights to help the Global Hub achieve budget expectations and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Controllership, Closing & Cost Governance
- Oversee accurate period-end closing, ensuring quality in accruals, provisions, and cross-entity charging accuracy.
