Finance Business Partner

The Position
Reporting to Head of Finance, you will partner with numerous stakeholders and require the ability to challenge the business and be a true partner.  The main focus of this role is developing and maintaining Costing at the Melbourne site and using this information to partner with the business to promote better decisions around cost control and efficiency.   The duties of your role will include but not be limited to the follow.

The Duties
  

• Provide effective finance business partnering support to operational stakeholders
• Responsible for the inventory control, including partnering with the business to improve efficiency
• Lead continuous improvement within finance and drive process improvements
