Job Description: Finance & Accounting Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Monitor and track daily/weekly financial transactions and collections flow.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare Input/Output VAT reports and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) filings.
- Payroll Support: Prepare Salary Reports specifically for BIR Form 1601-C filing.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecast reports.
- Collections: Conduct proactive collections by calling clients and performing on-site client visits when necessary.
- Bookkeeping & Documentation: Record and maintain check vouchers, liquidations, reimbursements, bank transfers, and online payments.
