Job Summary

The migration process Includes data extraction, cleanup, mapping, uploading, validation, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing, as well as a parallel run period where transactions must be posted in both the legacy and new systems to ensure accuracy and readiness.

Scope of work

1. Extensive master data clean-up, mapping, and validation for customers' and vendors' accounts.

2. Trial balances and subsidiary ledgers must be transformed Into the new system's formats.

3. Property Accountants remain responsible for regular operational deliverables.

4. Without project-based support, the migration workload will overlap with daily tasks, risking delays.

5. Failure to reconcile balances properly may result in misstated financial records post-go-live
