Finance and Accounting Manager

Multinational company with operations in the Campinas/SP region, is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager. Responsibilities: Manage the accounting and tax department, ensuring the integrity and compliance of financial and tax information; Prepare and analyze monthly accounting and management reports, providing accurate data to support decision-making; Prepare and review accounting statements and financial reports for audit and management purposes; Oversee controllership activities, including expense analysis, budget control, and periodic reporting to headquarters; Develop and implement procedures to strengthen internal controls, ensuring greater efficiency and process reliability; Partner with technology consulting to develop system improvements, optimizing workflows and reporting; Manage budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management; Manage the treasury department and its activities, as well as the relationship with financial institutions.
