Main Purpose

The Finance Analyst – Record to Report (RTR) will play an important role in supporting the integrity, control and efficiency of the UK Finance function. Operating within a fast‑paced, private equity‑backed environment, the role will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial processing, including journal preparation, balance sheet reconciliations and month‑end accounting activities, helping to ensure a robust and controlled financial close process. This role goes beyond transactional accounting. The successful candidate will take ownership of key accounting processes, proactively investigating reconciling items, resolving issues and supporting improved financial discipline across the business.
