Finance Analyst - Operations

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Conduct an in-depth breakdown of the product cost structure, analysing the composition and drivers of direct and indirect costs. Identify feasible directions for cost optimization based on actual production conditions.

2.Collaborate closely with the operations and engineering teams, participate in preliminary research for cost-reduction and process optimization projects, accurately calculate expected project benefits, and establish quantifiable performance evaluation metrics.

3.Analyze the causes of cost variances and provide improvement recommendations to the team to ensure project benefits are realized.

4.Maintain a challenging mindset by questioning existing cost accounting processes, production operations, and project evaluation standards, driving process iteration and optimization.
